Description
DNA Loading Buffer, 6X is a concentrated loading buffer formulated for routine DNA gel electrophoresis. It contains two tracking dyes, bromophenol blue and xylene cyanol FF, allowing researchers to visually monitor DNA migration in real time without guessing when to stop the run.
Glycerol in the formulation adds density to ensure samples sink cleanly into gel wells without diffusion. The buffer is compatible with standard agarose gels and works alongside commonly used DNA stains including ethidium bromide and SafeStain alternatives.
