100 bp Plus DNA Ladder (M111) is a ready-to-use DNA molecular weight marker containing 13 distinct fragments spanning 100 to 3000 base pairs, an extended range compared to standard 100bp ladders, making it suitable for both small fragment analysis and larger PCR products in a single marker. The 500bp and 1500bp bands carry increased DNA mass to serve as visual reference points for quick size orientation on the gel.
