Taq Plus DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, Mg2+, optimized PCR buffer, and SafeStain DNA dye are all pre-mixed -- so your PCR product is stained and ready to load the moment your run ends. No separate staining step. No ethidium bromide. No loading buffer.
Compatible with both UV and blue light visualization systems.
