HotStart PCR 2x Master Mix, Green combines the specificity of chemical hot start activation with long-range amplification capability and built-in green tracking dye for direct gel loading -- three features in one ready-to-use 2X format.
The chemically modified HotStart Taq remains inactive at room temperature, eliminating non-specific amplification and primer-dimer formation during setup. A 3-5 minute activation at 95°C restores full activity, and the pre-optimized buffer handles fragments up to 7kb without additional optimization.
